We are pleased to say that we have finally got our phone line to be working correctly.
When you call our number on 01384 283687 you will now be given 3 options:

OPTION 1: is for parents to report all absence and sickness.  This will now be the ONLY way to report an absence.  This is an answer machine where you will leave a message.  Please speak clearly and leave the following information:

Child's FULL name
Childs group 
The full reason for absence and when you expect your child to return to Nursery

This will then be checked by the staff and they will only contact you if there is a query.
We will continue to call the parents of any child who is absent and we have not received a reason.

OPTION 2:  This is to speak to the office staff for anything other than absence.  Please use this option if you are calling to tell us someone else is collecting your child/you are running late to collect etc.

OPTION 3: This is to speak to Jackie regarding something specific - NOT to report an absence.

The phone lines are open Monday - Friday during term time 8.00 - 4.00pm - outside of these hours please leave an answer machine message.  The answer machine will also be on over lunchtime 11.55-12.25pm.
