  • Spring Fair

    Fri 15 Jun 2018

    We had such a lovely day on Saturday 12th May when we held our Spring Fair.  Thank you to all of the families who came along, we had 69 families join us and over 100 children!  smiley

    We made £895 profit which is a wonderful amount and will really help with the refurbishment of the outside areas around the Centre.

    The feedback forms had some fabulous comments on which made all of the hard work preparing for the Fair worthwhile. A big thank you to the Staff that took part in the Maypole dancing, we had a lot of positive feedback about how enjoyable it was to watch.

    Some of the positive comments left on the feedback forms include;

    'Maypole was brilliant, lots of great activities, friendly staff.'

    'A lovely day as always at a reasonable cost.  We loved the hook a duck and lunchboxes.'

    'Lots of interactive ideas for kids, had a great time.'

    'We liked hook a duck, the playground, the clay, finding animals and getting sweets.'

    'Bouncy castle, hook a duck prizes were very good.  Ice creams were delicious.'

    'Lovely atmosphere, great maypole dancing.'

    'Such a lovely idea and afternoon...The maypole dancing was amazing. Ice cream, games and activities were brilliant.'

    Thank you to all of the families who donated prizes in the lead up to the Fair.

    Also, a very big thank you to Tesco in Dudley for donating gifts and Tesco in Cradley Heath for donating baps and bread.  Without people being so generous with their donations we wouldn't be able to run such a fantastic event!
